Tortilla

It's been a while since I have been here. I have still be using thermi, just not venturing away from the favourites. Husband & I spent 2 months travelling the California coastline north from San Diego and south along the eastern Sierra ranges. What a stunning & magical journey filled with amazing people, interesting sights and delicious food. We fell in love with Mexican food in San Diego & had many a great Mexican feast while on the road. It puts Mexican food here to shame. Fresh tortilla's served with pretty much everything. Tonight, after the end of the year rush as work finished, Christmas and New Year are done, I decided to make my own tortilla's (no more of that bought stuff masquerading as Mexican food). This recipe was quick, simple and delicious. I am a fan of this website as well.
